    Booking Process: Customers can schedule cleaning appointments by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website's booking form. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for new appointments to ensure availability. Same-day appointments may be accommodated based on availability.

     

    Appointment Availability: Our cleaning services are available Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We strive to offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate our customers' busy lifestyles.

     

    Cancellation and Rescheduling: Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will work with customers to find alternative solutions whenever possible.

     

    Late Arrivals: We understand the value of your time and aim to arrive punctually for all appointments. In the event of unexpected delays or changes to the schedule, we will notify customers as soon as possible to minimize inconvenience.

     

    Recurring Appointments: For customers interested in regular cleaning services, we offer recurring appointment options, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedules. We will work with you to establish a consistent cleaning routine that fits your needs and preferences.

     

    Holiday Schedule: Please note that our cleaning services may be affected by holidays or special occasions. We will provide advance notice of any changes to our regular schedule during these times.

     

    Confirmation: To confirm appointments, we will send a reminder via email or text message 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning date. Customers are requested to confirm their appointment to ensure accurate scheduling.

     

    Emergency Cleaning: In case of urgent cleaning needs, such as post-event cleanup or unexpected guests, we will make every effort to accommodate requests for emergency cleaning services, subject to availability and additional charges.

     

    Special Requests: Customers are welcome to communicate any special requests or instructions regarding their cleaning preferences when scheduling appointments. We will do our best to accommodate these requests and tailor our services to meet your specific needs. Please notify us within 24 hours.
